My Thoughts

The CinemaTube is a great addition to the brite-View family and the perfect product for my husband and son. This product has all my shows that I miss on it as well as some of our home movies. It is easy to use and wonderful to have in the house. Here are some of the features on the CinemaTube…

  • The Ultimate “Media Transformer” that Decodes All – The CinemaTube is tough. MPEG1/2/4, .MKV, H.264 and Real (more supported media format is listed in the “Specifications” Tab) – you can throw them at this baby!
  • Full 1080p HD Heightens Your Senses – Are you a movie snob who can’t stand anything that’s not Blu-ray quality? The CinemaTube will meet your high standards and satisfy your taste. Dive into a sea of high-definition pleasure!
  • DTS + Dolby Digital Ready – Surround yourself with high-definition sound. Crank it up – but be careful not to disturb your neighbors! CinemaTube supports multiple audio output formats, including MPEG I Layer 1,2,3(2-CH), MPEG II Layer 1,2 (Multi-Channel), LPCM, ADPCM, FLAC, AAC, WAV, WMA and OGG, RA,Dolby ® Digital AC3 and DTS. YES, DTS (downmix) is supported by CinemaTube so you do not need additional DTS receivers to enjoy HD videos with DTS tracks!
  • Video Preview – Having too many videos and not sure which one is which? The CinemaTube lets you preview the video on the menu so you can choose the one you want.
  • Resume Playback – Are there times when you can’t finish a whole movie, and the next time when you come back to the movie, you want to resume from the where you left it? CinemaTube can help you with that. It leaves a marker in the movie and when you select that movie and press “play”, it automatically asks you if you want to resume. Select “OK” to continue viewing the same movie. It still works after you reboot CinemaTube. You can leave a marker to multiple movies and resume from that point of every movie.
  • Supersize Your Digital Photo Frame – Imagine viewing the photo album of the family trip to the Yellow Stone National Park – on your large-screen HDTV! The CinemaTube turns your HDTV into a supersized digital photo frame so you can share those wonderful memories with the people you love. PLUS! Save desired background music to the same photo folder, and you got yourself a slideshow with music.
  • To see other features please click here.

The biggest thing I have on the CinemaTube is my photos as I love having them on the big screen TV instead of my computer monitor. I love brite-View products and their new CinemaTube is awesome! This would definitely make a great Christmas Gift for all the techies on your list this year!

And thanks to the wonderful people at brite-View I have a CinemaTube they donated for one lucky Dirty Shirt reader to win this holiday. See rules below to enter to win today!
