The folks at Campbell’s gave their soup chefs a fun challenge last month: How can you use Chunky soup in a quick and easy recipe that serves two for less than four bucks?

Their idea? Choose your favorite variety of Chunky soup and pour it over two cups of rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes, a few baked potatoes or even some biscuits for a quick and easy dinner that’s ready in minutes for under $4. With many varieties now offering 100% lean meat and a full serving of vegetables, Campbell’s Chunky soups are a quick, delicious choice that you can feel good about eating.

My Thoughts

I am always looking for quick, healthy meals with my hectic schedule and Campbell’s Chunky Soup has provided me with more than a few meals that have been huge hits in my home! Pouring Grilled Sirloin Steak w Hearty Vegetables over mashed potatoes is a delicious whole meal that I can make in less that 5 minutes. What is better is that my son can make this for himself, all I have to do is have it on hand and I know he is eating healthy. Another family favorite is taking Beef with Country Vegetables and serve it over rice, a blend that my tween loves! There are so many quick and easy options using Campbell’s Chunky Soup that the sky is the limit on what you want to make. My whole family loves Campbell’s Chunky Soups and recommend them to everyone!!!!
