My Thoughts

Storage Totes have saved my house from looking like someone tore apart the linen closet. I remember the days when I would shove the comforters in the closet and hold it in with one hand while I tried to get the door closed without it falling out. The best part is that the totes not only hold the bedding but their favorite pillows as well. My Thoughts

My daughter was excited to see that she got a brand new game to play, and she couldn’t wait until the end of the day so we could play it with her. My husband read us the rules and away we went. She loved playing the game with us and we enjoyed the quality time with her. We beat the Ogre the first few rounds and she didn’t want to stop playing when it was time for bed. The only thing that got her to stop was the promise that we would all play again the next morning. For me, I love that my daughter enjoys playing games not only for the fun but for the fact that she is learning so much in the process. I highly recommend Peaceable Kingdom board games to everyone. Great way to spend quality family time together.

My Thoughts

What a trio! All my favorite comedic actors in one movie, and the plot couldn’t be better. Three men, each having their own crisis setting on on an adventure to find themselves. I like how it showed that they were each facing their own dilemmas and how they overcame then and “found themselves”. Each one of these actors brought their flavor of comedic timing to the movie although each seemed to be holding back a little, not sure if that was called for script wise or not. But the movie showed me that if you are in a rut in your life that there are ways to get out of it, something I truly needed at this time in my life! Lighthearted comedy that I am only too happy to have in my DVD collection.

Crunchy Chicken Nuggets

Prep time: 15 Min
Cook time: 25 Min
Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients:
2 cups Cheerios® cereal
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon mustard
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Heat oven to 400°F. Spray with cooking spray or lightly grease 13×9-inch pan.
Finely crush cereal. Stir together cereal, salt and pepper; set aside. In medium bowl, stir together milk, honey and mustard until blended. Dip chicken into milk mixture; coat with cereal mixture. Place chicken in pan; drizzle with melted butter.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is golden and chicken is no longer pink in center.

My Thoughts

When my kids are thirsty they do not always reach for the best thing for them. Having juices that I can be happy about them having on hand is important to me and I have found out that both my girls love the Tummy Ticklers and Belly Washers juice drinks. They are super convenient and are perfect for our hour long drives into town to shop. When I asked my four year old why she liked the drinks she said that they tasted good and she loved the top things, with her favorite characters.
