I personally have about 4 filing cabinets to go through and start putting into this software. My husband and I really feel the need to get all of our things in one safe location in case it is ever needed. I am thoroughly impressed with the Dovetail Organizer and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Right now I have a filing cabinet for important documents. I also use spreadsheets and data software for other important documents. So the information is spread out. I wish I had just one place to store the information
We try to organize them in files but this looks so much easier and comprehensive!

I “organize” by throwing my definition of important papers into a fireproof lock box–the thing is heavy! And I’m not really sure I’m keeping all of my important things in it…I seriously have paper clutter issues.

Right now my husband is the organizer of important information. I am totally out of the loop. This would help me “get back in”.
I have a huge filing cabinet that I have been attempting to file everything away in. Way easier said than done. I hate this filing and organizing stuff, especially since I’m the only one who does it!

I have a small file box I keep near my desk now. At the end of the year, I file them in a permanent box in our storage room.

Now I organize important information using a Fujitsu Scansnap scanner and Rack2Filer software. Both work well.
