    Right now I have a filing cabinet for important documents. I also use spreadsheets and data software for other important documents. So the information is spread out. I wish I had just one place to store the information

  21. I “organize” by throwing my definition of important papers into a fireproof lock box–the thing is heavy! And I’m not really sure I’m keeping all of my important things in it…I seriously have paper clutter issues.

    Now I organize important information using a Fujitsu Scansnap scanner and Rack2Filer software. Both work well.
