Always on the lookout for good healthy meals that will help me stick to my goals I am happy to have Eating Light recipes at my fingertips. I have tried out the Zesty Pepperoni Penne and the Stuffed Tomatoes with Lean Ground Beef already and they are fantastic. Eating healthy for me doesn’t mean I lose the tasty dishes now. My whole family loved these two recipes and I can’t wait to try out more. Up next will be the Spicy Sausage Jambalaya, made my mouth water just typing that!
