I can say that this blend of perfume smells positively wonderful. So good in fact my husband said I smelled really good. And I like it as well, but as far as the making men flirt or become aroused, well I am not in the position to test that part out but I can tell you that it is such a fresh, clean scent and I love it!!! This is the second of wonderful perfumes from Harvey Prince and they have definitely found a fan in me, as their scents are the only ones I will wear! I recommend the Eau Flirt scent to everyone.
