“Yes We Will” DoSomething.org ToteWANT TO CREATE CHANGE? “TEXT Do Something to 30644″
ECOBAGS® has partnered with DoSomething.org to create a tote that is a walking billboard for social action and change. The “YES, WE WILL” full size tote has instructions for how to text DoSomething for a list of volunteer opportunities in your local area. How just-in-time is that?
Take action and carry this bag everywhere… so that everyone you know (and don’t know) gets involved. You’ll be toting a billboard that invites others to help “Make Change Happen” and carrying the coolest tote around.
DoSomething.org is the nation’s largest not-for-profit dedicated to empowering young people to take action around issues that matter to them. Find out more at www.dosomething.org. And 15% from every bag sold will be donated to DoSomething.org
In my endeavor to get green, I have come to rely on reusable bags and ECOBAGS has great products. The Original Bring Your Own Bag Company has many to choose from I recommend them to everyone. And in their effort, as well as mine, to get others to use reuseable bags I have one of their new styles, the “Yes We Will” bag to giveaway to one of the Dirty Shirt readers. Rules are below:
- MAIN RULE – Go to the ECOBAGS website and tell me in comments which is your favorite product. (remember if this rule is not followed then no others will count)
- 1 Extra Entry – Subscribe to my RSS feed or by email (or let me know if you already are) in a separate comment
- 1 Extra Entry – Stumble this post and leave your Stumble name (I will be checking) in a separate comment
- 1 Extra Entry – Favorite The Dirty Shirt in Technorati and leave your name (I will be checking) in a separate comment
- 1 Extra Entry – Follow me on Twitter (button on the top left sidebar) and let me know your Twitter name in a separate comment
- 2 Extra Entries – Write a post on your blog linking to my blog and the ECOBAGS website.
This giveaway will run through midnight on January 4, with winner being announced the morning of the January 5, 2009. Winner will be chosen using Random.org from all valid entries and submitted to PRIZEYWinners as well as notified via email the first week of December. Winner will have 48 hours to contact me before another winner is chosen. Giveaway is open to U.S. residents only.

I LOVE all Ecobags products. I used to have a French market tote back when they were called beach totes. I love the Gecko Market totes, and bought something very similar for my daughter for CHristmas, from the Breast cancer site, since she likes to recieve a gift that gives to others, but I ADORE the idea of Chico bags, which fold up into a tiny bag on a clip to go inside my purse til I need it. HOw efficient and easy to use. Thanks for the giveaway. I wish I knew how to do ALL the second chances. I need all the chances I can get. LOL
