During the holiday season I look for good easy meals and that means I have my pantry stocked with Ragu. A favorite on the days leading up to Thanksgiving for my family is Baked Ziti and Chicken Parmesan and it can’t be beat when I use Ragu. Now, I also break a little from tradition and make a few Italian side dishes for Thanksgiving and the one thing my family requests is that I use Ragu in my recipes and I am only too happy to do so.

My favorite recipe with Ragu is spaghetti. I sweeten the sauce a bit and add lots of mushrooms.
