Excedrin’s My Migraine Triggers Mobile App | Review and Winner Announcement
Company: Novartis Consumer Health, Inc.
Item Reviewed: Excedrin’s My Migraine Triggers Mobile App
I have been using the My Migraine Triggers app since I downloaded it and I am loving the features and that at a glance I can tell anyone exactly what I was doing and eating when my migraine started, how long it lasted and what my symptoms were. This has become an extremely useful tool for my doctor and I. I take Excedrin Migraine and it works like nothing else and I am happy to have it on hand again when my migraines hit me.
Right from the get go when you open the app you can add a new entry, even track if you don’t have a migraine that particular day. The middle image shows my diary log for the shown three days. The 25th of November I had a killer migraine, the 26th I did not, while on the 27th I had one, not as intense as on the 25th though, and for the next week (not shown) I had no migraine. But looking at the 27th you can see that I added where my migraine was the worst feeling wise, what my sensitivities were, that I skipped breakfast (I know bad me!) had coffee that morning and that I had eyestrain. I really like that all this information is in my hand at all times. My husband says that it is funny that as soon as I feel a migraine coming on I have to update my phone first before laying down and relaxing.
I highly recommend everyone who has a problem with migraines head on over to MigraineResource.com to download the app and start tracking your migraines today! Also keep up with news and information on the Excedrin Migraine Facebook Page.
I am also announcing the winner’s of the Excedrin Migraine Relief Giveaway. Two lucky readers, Jennifer M. and Rhonda M. have been chosen as the lucky winners and hopefully they can get their migraines in check with their gift packs. Congratulations!
I am an Excedrin® Migraine brand ambassador. One iPod Touch to test the app was provided by Novartis Consumer Health, Inc., the makers of Excedrin® Migraine; my journey for a migraine-free experience is my own.
