Author Jean M. Cochran is the author of several books for children, including If a Monkey Jumps Onto Your School Bus and Your Tummy’s Talking! She is also a publisher, poet, wife and mother. When not writing, Ms. Cochran enjoys spending time with her extended family, all of whom live close by. She shares her home outside of Boston with her husband, three children and a yellow lab named Rusty.
Illustrator Daryl Enos studied art at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and Massachusetts College of Art and Design. He is a published author and illustrator, as well as a poet and cartoonist. His sharp wit and joy in all things humorous are exhibited in his work, which delights children and adults alike. He lives in southeastern Massachusetts with his wife and two daughters.
Rhyming books have always been a favorite of mine and I loved sharing this one with my toddler. She got such a kick out of seeing the animals and even pointed them out to me as I read. Reading is such an important part of a child’s life and I was happy I got the chance to share this book with my daughter. I recommend adding Farmer Brown and His Little Red Truck to your child’s library.
