First Juice Review And Giveaway

First Juice® Brand organic fruit and vegetable juice beverage is designed specifically for young, developing taste buds, with a blend that’s naturally lower in sugar.* It’s a new way for parents to get on a roll towards developing their toddlers taste preferences early on. Less sugar. More health. Better choices.
New purple carrots are making a splash into two new flavor blends of First Juice®.
Parents can continue to steer their children towards healthy colorful fruits and vegetables while putting the brakes on sugar and sweet.
I got the great opportunity to introduce this brand of juice to my toddler, and was rather skeptical as I hadn’t been giving her all together healthy juices thus far, just the regular apple and grape juices. So I had no idea how she was going to take to this. Boy was I not expecting her reaction to it. She LOVED it!! She downed the first little bit that I gave her and looked up at me and said “More Mommy”. I filled her cup up and watched her drink it all.
I am thrilled because as stated above I haven’t been doing what I should be in making sure her diet has all the good fruits and vegetables. She does eat them but I would like her to eat them more, and what more of a perfect way to accomplish that then by giving her First Juice. And the purple carrots are great. I was able to explain to my older daughter that there really are purple carrots, she still didn’t believe me so I took her to their website and showed her this (check it out, you will be surprised).
I even had to check it out and see why she liked it. Very good stuff in that First Juice, I recommend it to everyone, especially the toddlers in your life. Make First Juice their First Juice
And I am happy to say that I can help you with that! I am giving away one First Juice gift box to a Dirty Shirt reader. To enter see rules below:

The carrot history was pretty cool. There are really purple carrots – I thought it was kind of like the purple ketchup (yuck) they had out a few years ago.
Purple carrots contain some of the same nutrients found in blueberrys due to the color!

I learned: “First Juice® brand beverage has 12 grams of sugar per 8 fl. oz. serving, compared to 27 grams of sugar for an equal serving of 100% apple juice. That’s 50% less sugar than the leading 100% apple juice. Not to mention it’s organic–nothing artificial, ever.
First Juice has the same 12 grams of sugar per 8 fl. oz. serving as organic, low-fat milk.”

I learned that the nutrients found in purple carrots benefit your body in different ways, the purple pigments found in purple carrots are the same type found in blueberries and red grapes, these pigments are a type of antioxidants called anthocyanins. This juice sounds amazing and would be great for the kids, thanks so much for the giveaway!

I learned that the purple carrots came from Persia. Also, purple carrots are HIGH in antioxidants. They taste like orange carrots. We buy purple (called maroon) carrots from the grocery. They are delicious and beautiful in salads, etc. These juice drinks are organic and that’s a great plus for us.
Thanks for the tasty giveaway.
