I recently had the awesome opportunity from MomSelect to receive a whole box of great products to try out and let my readers know what I thought. While there were many, I have chosen four to review for you today.
The first company is:
MobiStories which I fell in love with immediately. See, I am a homeschooler and I think that reading is one of the most important lessons we can teach our children. Not only do they learn by reading but it is also the best time to spend time with your kids.
This company has virtual books for kids where every story is narrated and has illustrations and music. And the goal of MobiStories is to improve reading in an entertaining and accessible format to improve literacy. And talk about formats! These are the following formats the books are available in: .wmv for PCs, .mov for Macs, m4v for iPhone – iTouch – iPod Classic – iPod Nano, and .mp3 for Audio. With a selection like that there is no reason why you shouldn’t pick up a book and read today.
And to help you with that task MobiStories is generously offering my readers up to $10.00 in downloads for free. Simply go to MobiStories.com and select books from the library and use promotion code BSM180A at checkout.
The next company is:
Lango – foreign language for kids.
At Lango your child will learn another language, make developmental strides, explore other cultures and make friends. Our highly engaging language classes use music, games, art and stories to teach kids new languages. We offer language classes at convenient locations in fourteen communities around the United States.
Wouldn’t it be great if your child could speak Spanish, French or Mandarin? With the Lango experience you get dynamic curriculum, engaging, experienced teachers, small class sizes and parent communication and involvement. If you have ever wanted your children to learn another language this is the place to have them learn it. Check to see if they have classes in your area.
I got the chance to review the CD Con Cosmo, a Lango Adventure Album and my kids loved it. My middle daughter was trying to repeat all the words, and my little one danced her heart out. I highly recommend this company for your foreign language classes.
So many great companies. Here is the next one on the list:
Kajeet the cell phone service made for kids. I love this service because there are so many different options like talk paks for thsoe that talk a lot, text paks which let me tell you I need on the phone I have, or you can just pay as you go. My favorite feature, as I am sure all moms will agree is the GPS Phone Locator. And you can manage this phone online which takes the guess work out of how many minutes have been used.
Kajeet will also teach your children responsibility, and give them the freedom they want to text, talk and play. With flexible, affordable rates and nationwide coverage this company is the best for kids in my book.
And finally a mom community for new moms
New Baby.com is a place where Moms learn, share and create memories with video. Upon arriving at their website I was pleasantly surprised and I have to say I really like the look there. The Newbaby wall where they feature all their best content is a very cool concept and with just a hover of your cursor you have instant access to content ranging from Expert videos to Products.
I have a toddler and while looking in the toddler area I found a ton of information to help me like, health and safety, nutrition and feeding, activities and fun and toddler products. It is nice having everything in one place instead of searching all over the place. I would recommend this site to any mommy who has just had a baby all the way through preschool age.
