Join Harry as he embarks on another adventure-filled year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. As new romances surface among the students, an old adversary takes part in a devious plot. Can Harry retrieve a key memory from Professor Slughorn to determine Voldemort’s ultimate plan? Will Harry learn the identity of the mysterious Half-Blood Prince? Play through Harry’s sixth year – from his carefree end-of-summer days playing Quidditch at The Burrow, to the disturbing memories Dumbledore shares with him via the Pensieve, to the thrilling climax battling Death Eaters at Hogwarts.
From the opening scenes to flying around using the Wii Remote and Nunchuck, which I severely need to practice as I kept flying into the poles and not the circles, I was impressed with this game. Between the ability to mix potions and the dueling you are constantly on your toes. And being such a huge fan of J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter series I was pleased to see so much detail in the games graphics and the overall feel of Hogwart’s, and quite shocked by how big it is! Definitely stays true to the story. And while that may be a complaint of some, that it is too much like the others in the series, I think it stays on track and delivers new and exciting adventures with each swish of your wand! Fans of Harry Potter will love this game!
