I have had success with Special K and weight loss with their cereal challenge and was very excited to try this new product out. I got the Milk Chocolate flavor and it was very good! Very thick and creamy and definitely chocolaty! I loved this protein shake and plan on adding it to my daily weight management routine.

I try to limit sugar and bad carbs from what I eat and exercise. I was using another protein mix but ran out so this drink would be really nice to try. Thanks for the opportunity!

I try to get at least 3 days where I exercise for about an hour and not eat when I’m bored! I tend to want to eat when I’m bored, which is a lot! I also sometimes buy the protisn waters and wow! They work so well when I am ravenous. They keep me from overeating at the times when I am so hungry I could eat a zebra!

I have done the Special K Diet. I replaced a few meals a day with Special K and that works. I also take my dog and kids on a few walks a day.

Boy, I have tried a lot. Lately, walking in the morning, low fat breakfast, swimming in the afternoon.
I’ve tried the Slim fast Drinks w/o much success and counting calories. I am opening to trying this as it beats other “bad for me” snacks.

Something else I’ve tried are products by SlimFast. You know, the shakes (Chocolate Royale in my fridge right now), sometimes the meal replacement bars, though I prefer caramel flavor Fiber One bars instead.

I have used the Curves program to successfully lose weight in the past. I also like SparkPeople.
I have tried ALLI, Curves, South Beach, Slimfast, you name it. My problem is lack of consistency. I am READY to stick to it this time.
