Special K Protein Shakes

Kellogg’s Special K introduces the brand’s first weight-management protein shake, offering great taste, protein and fiber. Each creamy, delicious shake provides a way to take the edge off hunger and helps women stay on track with weight-management goals.

Available in three delicious flavors, Milk Chocolate, Strawberry and French Vanilla, the Special K Protein Shakes are not only the perfect grab and go snack, but they also help you stay on track with your weight-management goals. Turns out, since so many consumers took a liking to this new product it caused a temporary, limited nationwide availability, so the Special K brand is offering consumers a coupon at www.specialkcoupon.com to be redeemed once the product is available in their local store. I have had success with Special K and weight loss with their cereal challenge and was very excited to try this new product out. I got the Milk Chocolate flavor and it was very good! Very thick and creamy and definitely chocolaty! I loved this protein shake and plan on adding it to my daily weight management routine.

    I try to get at least 3 days where I exercise for about an hour and not eat when I’m bored! I tend to want to eat when I’m bored, which is a lot! I also sometimes buy the protisn waters and wow! They work so well when I am ravenous. They keep me from overeating at the times when I am so hungry I could eat a zebra!
