Mrs. Dash is a name my family is very familiar with. We use the different seasonings on everything from beef and chicken to pizza and pasta. It is a staple in most of our food. Especially now that we are trying to cut back on our intake of salt. Mrs. Dash not only tastes great but it is also healthy choice in seasonings. Well I was able to introduce Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime seasoning to my family this past weekend.
Create healthy Mexican meals that are salt free and full of flavor. Take your taste buds south of the border and turn up the flavor in all your dishes, from chicken to tacos. Make any meal into a party and let the Mexican flavors of Mrs. Dash® Fiesta Lime Seasoning Blend dance their way into your meat, fish or vegetable dishes.
Ingredients:
Spices (sweet chili pepper, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, oregano, basil, bay marjoram, thyme, savory, coriander, mustard, rosemary), garlic, onion, lime juice solids, citric acid, lime peel, rice concentrate.
There are so many different ways that you can use this particular blend of seasoning, like what my husband and I did this past weekend. We applied this generously to chicken breasts and had it over rice with a Margarita. YUM!!!! And it was a healthier choice than any of our other recipes and it came out so good. I recommend trying out this great new addition to the Mrs. Dash family.
You should check out the Mrs. Dash website where you can find many other recipes for this blend of seasoning, like the scrumptious looking Fiesta Lime Fajitas:
