I made an error on the "ship to" address and never have been able to get it corrected, in spite of several emails to info@pillowpets.com. I also made a few phone calls. Of course, like any good American company the customer service is based in India. I had planned on ordering several of the pets on line. Not now. I found that many stores sell them, including Walmart. Walgreens.etc. Good luck if you order one on line and have any issues. Steve Poor customer service on the part of Pillow Pets.
