My Thoughts
I have tried to stay up on exercise and I know that I don’t always hang tough and do it, but as I get older I am finding more of a need to keep strong, to strengthen my back and to just stay fit. I have never really done a lot of yoga, I have tried really gotten into it and then stopped. With this system, one that I can take with me into any room of my house, I am able to actually find the time to do some exercises and I have been feeling all the better because of it.
Most of the other yoga things I have are book or on DVD. Books are hard to keep looking at while exercising and well I just can’t take a DVD into all the rooms in my home. So this system, one that I can just hang over the door or what I do most of the time, hang it over a chair, is so much easier because it’s eye level, and I don’t have to flip pages or pause and rewind a move. Very convenient! I recommend this system to everyone.

I walk every morning, 2 miles, with my kids, and we stop by the park on the way back! This would be awesome, it has been getting a little too chilly for me lately!

I do modified yoga with my preschool class. Currently, we are doing a ‘snow’ routine. We reach up and catch the snow in the clouds, flutter it to the ground, lie like a snow bank, curl up into a snow ball, show off our round snow bellies, and then hold up our round snow heads. What fun!

I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and ride the bike for 45 min then do some weights. I do this on my way to pick the kids up from school… there is no one in the gym and I have no excuses.

With two under two, I try to get as much exercise with my kiddos as I can. Sometimes I can sneak in a little Pilates, Yoga, or a little time on the elliptical if I’m lucky! I would love this! More motivation! Thanks a bunch!
