Now that the holiday rush has come and gone, make some time to focus on YOU. And what better way than to make a list of the things you can do to make that come true. Some ideas are:

  53. Taking care of my health so hopefully I will feel better. I had that nasty smoking habit which I quit last year so now that I got rid of that health issue it’s time to move on to better eating and Dr.visits.
