Introducing NEW OXY® Clinical
The over-the-counter acne medication clinically shown to provide prescription-level results* without a dermatologist. Even if you’ve tried other products that haven’t worked for you in the past, OXY® Clinical could be the solution you’re looking for. It’s the breakthrough to end breakouts.
Acne…I hated it as a kid and even more so now because for some reason my skin breaks out more now then back then. I know that I am not the only one who has trouble dealing with acne. My son, for example goes through periods where he has outbreaks and then he has good weeks where his skin is clear. During his last break out we were able to try out the OXY Clinical Acne Solutions Pack and must say he was happy with the outcome. And for me seeing his outcome made me want to give it a shot too.
For my son his problem area is around his temples and that is where he has the most breakouts. In less than one week* my sons acne was not only cleared up but his skin in the area didn’t feel all dry and rough like he said it does with other acne products. He likes using OXY Clinical and has even recommend it to one of his friends.
Now for me, I saw his acne clear up rather quickly and I knew I needed to give it a try for my most recent breakout. I needed my skin to clear before an upcoming trip and I had a breakout on my chin. After using the acne products I had my son try out things cleared up almost immediately, which made me so very happy!
My son and I both recommend OXY Clinical to everyone, for a quick, smooth clear up it is the way we will go!
*Our experience with OXY Clinical may vary from yours, just letting you know how it worked for us.
I wrote this review while participating in a blog campaign by Mom Central on behalf of Oxy Clinical and received a sample to facilitate my candid review. Mom Central sent me a gift card to thank me for taking the time to participate.

I also break out more as an adult. Would you say this product works better than Proactive?

Did you have any negative side effects during your OXY trial? All products have some…

This is a great article, but I’m wondering if this is the same formula as the original Oxy from the 80′s, because when I used it in High school it just dried out my skin and made me break out even more.
ive used the face pads for like 6 years and i got a free sample of the oxy clinical stuff and my entire face was covered in a bumpy rash for a week. nooooot happy
I have to agree with Melissa. The first day that I used it, it was amazing! My face was dramatically different. The blackheads were gone from my chin and my face seemed to glow more. But now that it’s the second day, I just washed my face before bed, and now, my face is itching like crazy, turning red, and now I have a horrible rash and my eyes are starting to swell. It’s a total shame! This product would have really worked for me and I would have been a faithful user, if not for this dang rash!
Taking a benadryl and praying the itching would stop!
itchy small goosebump type rash and reddness
Good product but not for sensitive skin , try green tee ice cubes with baking soda.
I’ve used Oxy Clinical for about a week so far and it has done wonders! I have major breakouts on my forehead, cheek, neck, and chest and this product has cleared up the majority of my acne within a week. Yes my skin is dried out a bit, but that can be expected. For those of you who have experienced a rash: perhaps you are allergic to some of the chemicals? Not sure. So far, my face hasn’t developed a rash of some sort, but again it is a little dry…something that can be cleared up with a little moisturizer. Very happy with this product!
ive started using this product and the 2nd day my face starting clearing up badside:my skin is realy dry n i hav rashes on my cheeks so make sure to put alot of green tea mousturizer it helps!
I bought the set of face wash hydrating and clarifying lotion, I’m 33 with pregnancy induced breakouts on my cheeks, chin, neck and chest. In the morning i washed my face then put the hydrating lotion on affected areas, I didn’t feel like it was drying or irritating. That night i washed again and put the clarifying on whole face, neck and chest. Stupid on my part, i woke up to a red rashy face, neck and chest and a signifigant reducton in little pimples. I just washed my face with water. I have to say even with the redness and need for cotisone cream, I’m impressed. All the lttle bumps that were on my neck are gone i had about 5 pimples develop from the pore clearing that are clearing up fast. From now on i will only use the wash once a day and use the clarifying as a spot treatment. This stuff is strong and works just test a spot before you smear it all over your face
Okay so I received a free sample of OXY Clinical in the mail. It came with the face wash, treatment, and hydrating therapy. I used all three products on that night, and woke up with the best skin ever. My face was clear and glowing. So I used it again that morning, and then at night. The next day, I woke up and saw my skin peeling and a few blemishes. This stuff works, but if you have dry or sensitive skin, do not buy. My skin feels tight and dry and it feels like someone sanded my face, then put flour all over it.
yea the first day it worked…after the second day…i had the same reaction…rash and bumps all over my face…it’s been a few days and it’s still there…anyone know how i can get rid of them? thanks
ok people it’s been another week…and thanks to extra virgin olive oil..the rash is gone…and it also improved my skin… =]
I’ve had Oxy Clinical for about 3 days now. The first day using it, my skin looked great! On the second day, still good results up until nighttime. I’ve been experiencing burning sensations on my face and my skin gets EXTREMELY dry, almost unbearable. I ignored it and waited till the next morning, where I woke to find my face still very dry. Maybe it’s a reaction, but this product makes my skin burn very badly and very dry. If you have sensitive skin, I don’t recommend this product.
for those of you who liked the product until it over dried your skin, i suggest you only use the hydrating lotion and it will totally clear up the dryness like no other lotion ive ever used. it makes my skin soo soft. the facial wash is probably too strong for daily or even sometimes every other day use!u shld try only using the wash once a week and the clarifying lotion once a week tho not on the same day at first then build from there and c if u can tolerate it twice a week.use the hydrating lotion once daily tho and that alone may clear the acne and will definately keep your skin moister than ever.i use the hydrating lotion once or twice daily and the clarifying lotion once every other day mostly like a spot treatment-i use it sparingly, but have not tried the facial wash at all and ive had remarkable results. i had really bad dry skin patches as well as frequent acne b4 i started using oxy clinical and the hydrating lotion cured the dry patches that ive had for years the same night and the acne was starting to clear quickly too!!ive never seen anything like it, and it has never come back 2 wks later.because of the pharmacutical grade quality ingredients that other drug store brands dont (eg.acne free) have it does not sit on top of your skin like acne free (which messed my face up bad.it feels like you have nothing on, but like new soft skin.the clarifying lotion can make u a little dry/itchy so use it sparingly and not too frequently.also the ingredients make you sensitive to sunlight- redness, burning and itching that can be severe when exposed to sunlight without any spf for uva and uvb rays.i do wish the lotions had spf in them though bc it feels like you dont have lotion on at all until you have to put heavy sunscreen on it ruins that clean and clear weightless feeling that the hydrating lotion gives.also i use the hydrating lotion on my knuckles that get very dry & almost cracked & kind of and ashy even though im white.it smooths them out. so it will work on knees ankles and elbows as well.good luck and i hope these suggestions will work for you also bc whn u follow the directions and use all three products in one day u cannot isolate the cause of side effects to one product or another and will assume it must be all three causing your dryness. this is the only other thing besides proactive which didnt work as well and presctiption tetracycline that my insurance wont cover and it is cheeper an works better and quicker than proactive.
I got a free sample of this in the mail 2 days ago . I was so excited when I got it that I used it right away . I didnt notice any differece except for the fact that my face was extremely soft. Now my face is so dried out that it is peeling and it feels like someone is pulling my cheeks to my ears . My whole face feels like sandpaper . I have been putting moistureizer on it and I sure hope that helps : (
I have had this product for 3 days now and it has done a bit of changes to my face. I first put on the face wash, then I put on the clearing treatment, and finally the hydrating therapy. I still have a few acne on my face but less than I had before staring to use this product. The hydrating therapy has worked the best, my nose was filled with oli and blackheads and now I have LESS blackheads. The products do cause me to get itchy around my face. The product caused me to get some small dry areas on my face but its worth it. I hope to have much better results by friday which will be my 5th day with this product. Out of 10 I would give this product an 8, plus it costed me 12 bucks with no prescription!
I just purchased the Oxy Clinical Acne Solutions Pack, and I was wondering……. how do you use it??? The directions are extremely unhelpful…. I don’t know what to do! Help! Just tell me however you used it when it worked. Thanks!
I received a sample containing items from the complete kit. I only used this once and my face is now a disaster!! Now mind you I do have somewhat sensitive skin but this is insane. I had a massive breakout which rarely happens and I can definitely tell my skin has a mild chemical burn. Little white heads have been popping up all over my neck and face and my face is so sore from whatever additional chemicals are used in these products. If you have sensitive skin, BEWARE!!!
I agree with EVERYTHING Michelle said in a previous post.
This stuff DOES work but it is ultra strong.. maybe too strong for it’s own good. I got the free sample pack with the hydrating lotion, face wash, and treatment. I am 24, ultra fair, and have really sensitive skin. My problem is too that I typically have redness (not rosaeca) on the tops of my cheeks right under my eyes even without using any type of product regularly AND I have miserably large pores. Anyway, back to my experience with the test kit. I used the test kit with my Clarisonic face brush and on the second day got the red itchy bumps as everyone has been describing but on my neck only. I stopped using everything for a few days. I’ve started using the facewash and treatment once a week and then the hydrating lotion every night before I go to bed. It’s working out well and my cheek redness is GONE and my pores are itty bitty. Woah. Like you don’t understand… I’ve never not had cheek redness. I’ve tried everything. That Neutrogena Skin ID stuff (made my face burn, blister, and actually peel), Proactive, and all the drug store brands under the sun. I’m impressed with this stuff.
I am a 15 year old with not server acne but acne. I have a lot of acne marks and acne. mostly on my for head and check. I heard this product dries out your skin. Could this product work to get ride of my acne and what product works to get ride of acne marks. What moisturizer is the nest to use.
