The World Vision Gift Catalog is full of ways that you can help those in need this holiday season and share the TRUE spirit of Christmas.

Giveaway

I am excited to be able to offer one Dirty t Shirt reader these beautiful Hand-Carved Serving Spoons shown below. These serving spoons have been a big hit after my last dinner party when I used them for salad. I was asked by a few where one could find them and after I explained the donation process they wanted to help however they could as well. My sister got one of the bracelets after her donation. I am happy to spread the word and point others in a direction where their help is greatly needed.

This beautiful set of two hand-carved serving spoons delivered in a gift bag of African fabric hand-sewn by local women. The serving spoons are made to benefit orphans of the Kamba tribe in Kenya. Each one is unique—just like the children they help. I am excited for one of you to be able to see first hand how beautiful these spoons are and how much detail goes into making them. I hope you all can find it in your hearts this holiday season to help those in need by donating. Please check out the World Vision Catalog today and follow on Facebook and Twitter.

  10. We pick a tag from the giving tree and usually invite those without family to come share Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner with us. We also have the annual toy run in August where Bikers from all over the state ride to the capital with toys attached to their motorcycles and they fill up box trailer after box trailer with toys. It is miles and miles of nothing but bikers and you can see it on youtube here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YsF7nwUG9QY

It’s an amazing site to see. Even when I don’t ride I donate and have one of that bikers strap another toy to his or her bike for me. (sold my Harley due to health reasons)
