Going green is not so easy when you’re a busy mom.  We wanted to find simple ways to make a difference. One idea was to reuse our shopping bags. Simple concept, difficult to carry out. Bringing bulky bags into the store was impossible to remember while juggling the details of life: picking up the groceries, getting the kids to soccer, rescheduling meetings, and a million other things. Every time the grocery bagger would say, “paper or plastic?” we’d cringe, envisioning the big pile of bags left on the passenger seat of the car.

Four (4) durable, light-weight bags that hold up to 20 lbs each! Stores in a easy-to-stash matching storage pouch. Machine washable. When laid flat, each Repax bag is 22” wide and 24” tall. Comes in the following five colors:

  • Mango
  • Grasshopper
  • Lagoon
  • Carnival
  • Confetti

My Thoughts

I am always looking for ways to save our planet, and I try to get my kids to do the same, after all it is their world too. I love the Repax bags for a few reasons. First is the obvious, you don’t have to use paper or plastic and that saves a lot of waste in our landfills. Second, they are roomy enough for a quick trip to the store to shop for a family of five. And lastly, they are very classy, stylish bags that I have been asked on more that one occasion where others could buy them. I happily point them in the direction of the website because I recommend them to everyone. The perfect way to help our Earth!

    Favorite color is the lagoon, but all colors are pretty. Since we are trying to be green the grasshopper color is the most appropriate.
