Seeking Sponsorship For BlogHer 10 Conference

Why sponsor me? I started blogging a little over two years ago and have grown so much in that time. Starting small and taking lessons I have learned to make my blog what it is today, a great resource for parents checking out products before buying, has been very satisfying for me. My hard work has paid off and I was pleased to learn that I had been named one of Nielsen’s Top 50 Power Moms in Digital Media as well as a Frigidaire Test Mom. I had the priviledge of being on the local news as well as have been invited by top companies for blogging events for TJ Maxx and Marshalls, General Mills, LaundryHE, and Smuckers. These accomplishments are such an honor for me, as I never dreamed I would be at this level. But I have more to learn and the BlogHer conference and the wonderful women attending have a lot of wisdom to teach.

All this success has enabled me to start a new venture with my blog that I hope will become the entry point in helping families plan their vacations in the Orlando area, and have had a great outpouring of help from companies in the area. It has allowed me to step out of the typical product review box and I have been invited to hotels to do complete write ups of my stay, a hotel review if you will. I have added the Disney Swan & Dolphin Resort, Nickelodeon Suites and Holiday Inn Express to my hotel reviews last year.

I have not only made new friendships with other bloggers and companies but I have formed them into lasting relationships. I have many PR firms and companies who I work with that are repeat clients. I have been complimented by many of them as a very organized, friendly person to work with. When I was a young girl I wanted to be in advertising, and while I may not have the degree to back it up I certainly have a strong understanding of it and implement it in my blog on a daily basis. After all there is no better advertising than from a mom who not only runs her business but her family as well.

What I am looking for? Below is what I am looking for sponsorship for:

• Conference ticket – $198 before February 28 – $298 after February 28
• Airline ticket – $ 250 round trip from Orlando to New York City
• Hotel accommodations – $199 per night x 3 nights = $597

Total needed is $1045

What can I do for you? If I am selected for a sponsorship I will spread the word about your company through different means, wearing your clothing, Tweeting, Facebooking, writing a blog post/s about your sponsorship and your company as a whole, placing sponsors logos on the back of my business cards, giving ad space for set amount of time on my blog as well as talk about your products or services that you offer to the other wonderful women who will be attending this conference, and any other way you can think of, I am all ears.
