#Shaklee180 Kickoff Has Arrived
It is time…time for me to get myself on a healthier track, one that I can continue for the rest of my life. I am starting the Shaklee 180 Blogger program and it is time for accountability. That one word is why I signed up for this program. I need to stop blaming having three babies, stop blaming vacations and food festivals for my weight and my unhealthy eating. Today I am making a claim, a claim to take my body back and get it fit and in shape. This is a big step to take, and even more so since I am doing it publicly. I am putting myself out there in a way that I have always tried to hide away in a corner. Not only will I be sharing my pictures and weight but I will be making videos to share as well and that in itself scares me. But I am ready to take this trip, and I hope you all follow along to see my change and cheer me on.
And here it goes……
This is me, I am 5’10 1/2″, I weigh 209 pounds and I am looking to lose about 40 pounds. At my heaviest I weighed 225, and seem to be stuck at losing anymore. I am starting this program with the knowledge that I can do it, and the determination to match. Below are my pictures, which I will try to always keep the same, meaning the same clothes and poses so you can see the difference.
