My Thoughts

I am forever looking for a way to get fit and trim and I just may have found a product that will help me with that. When I first received my ShaToBu to try out I was a little wary, I mean would it really work? I tried it on and immediately noticed three things; it was tight, it made my posture improve, and when I moved a little I could feel the tightness of the bands throughout the garment.

So I decided to give this a try over a few weeks and see if there was a noticeable difference. I love that it made me stand up straighter, my posture is horrible and it felt good to stand tall. I wore this for a few days just around the house, running my errands and all that fun stuff. But the real test was when I wore it for two full days walking the theme parks, and that is when I could tel a difference. I could tell my muscles were working harder as I walked and I was sorer than normal when the day was done, which is actually a good thing.

If I was thinking that it wasn’t working, I was wrong, because people started to notice. First my sister asked if I was losing weight, then my husband made a comment that I looked thinner in the hips. And then it hit me, my jeans were getting baggier, my waistband was pulling away from me….Yipppppeee!!!! I am so excited and have a whole routine of eating better, exercising and wearing ShaToBu wherever I go. I am pleased with the results that are starting to show and I would recommend everyone trying ShaToBu out for themselves.
