Snow White has always been my favorite princess from back when I started enjoying Disney movies. I remember as a child I was enthralled by the fact that her “mom” could be so mean and how she overcame it all. I loved the dwarfs, still do and my favorite by far is Dopey! I loved his little bald  head in the movie.

I was so excited to hear that Disney was opening its vault to allow Snow White to come out of Blu-ray. Whenever they open that door I am excited as I haven’t met a Disney movie I didn’t like. But Snow White holds a special place in my heart and I was anxious to share this wonder movie with my daughters. And while my toddler is a little too young to understand it, although she spotted Dopey right away and laughed at him, my tween really liked watching it with me. I loved having that moment with her, enjoying Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

And it was beautiful before but all the enhancements they have made with Blu-ray and High Definition makes this a gorgeous movie with vivid colors and amazing sound. It was like I was watching it for the first time all over again. Blu-ray is such an amazing thing, in fact my husband only buys Blu-ray movies to add to our collection because of the great quality of them.
