SUSTA Natural Sweetener is a proprietary blend of non-caloric ingredients that can put the “brakes” on higher glycemic foods or beverages from adversely effecting your blood sugar. Products using SUSTATM Natural Sweetener are high fiber, with nutrients and minerals, no or low fats and have no added trans or hydrogenated fats. SUSTATM is great energy and nutrition for your heart, bones, and immune system.
Your sweet-tooth does not have to get you or your family into trouble. SUSTA Natural Sweetener is like a sugar-shield in your foods. SUSTA Natural Sweetener works with your body naturally to help tame and transform problem-making, fast absorbing sugars and carbohyrates, into slower absorbing, healthier protected energy. SUSTA Natural Sweetener provides vital dietary fiber, antioxidants and key cellular nutrients that are needed for a smoother running, more calorie efficient metabolism. And importantly, SUSTA Natural Sweetener nutrition supports the health of your bones, heart, and immune system.
My Thoughts
Sugar is a constant in my house, and I know that isn’t always healthy, especially with the kids. When SUSTA, which tastes good, is added to our cereals, coffee and other things I feel comfortable knowing that I am sweetening my food and drinks while helping my body transform the sugars to healthy energy. I have even switched the sugar in the sugar bowl to see if anyone who notice and both my kids and my husband used it without commenting that they knew it was switched, they all liked it. I am comforted knowing that we are eating a little healthier when using SUSTA.
I have also been given the opportunity to host a great giveaway for one lucky Dirty Shirt reader. I am giving away a 2 month supply (6 boxes), so one of you can try out this new healthy alternative to sugar. Please see rules below to enter to win today!

I use sugar to sweeten everything, I am diabetic and have tried all the sweetners out there and none of them are good and they leave a terrible aftertaste. Would love to try Susta, sounds like it may be what I have been looking for to stay healthier.
