Microsoft Office Live, is a set of free, easy-to-use online tools that help busy Moms be better organized and share information with people while we are on the go, be it with friends, family or for business.

Office Live Workspace, has been for me the best when it comes to keeping me organized and ready for anything, the kids school stuff, my work or keeping track of my husband’s schedule. You can store your files, images and more conveniently online. I love the workspace which I used recently to plan a trip. With it’s packing lists, travel itinerary and more I was able to set everything up. The best part of that is my husband could access them whenever he had a chance and add what he needed to bring too.

There are so many templates to work with also, making this an all around solid set of online tools to use. The next fundraiser that I will be planning will definitely be done on Office Live Workspace so everyone participating can add what they need to. So much easier than emailing a file, waiting for approval and then moving on. With 5 GB of storage space you also don’t have to remember that removable drive that you have your presentation on, which I have forgotten once or twice for my work. These online tools are so convenient.

The other Office Live service, Office Live Small Business, can help you easily create a simple but professional-looking website for a school event, sports team, or to help get your new business off the ground. Starting with one of the Office Live Small Business website templates, you can quickly build a website, even if you aren’t an expert in HTML or web design. Plus, web hosting and design tools are all free. I recommend using Microsoft Office Live to everyone, it is the most convenient way to keep track of your schedules, parties and share documents with friends and co-workers. It will make my time planning things go more smoothly and anything that makes life easier for me is a huge plus!
