Oh my gosh talk about a workout! These two DVDs knocked me on my butt and showed me just how much I need to get in shape. I have met my match and I can’t wait to overcome it. Between the dancing DVDs previously reviewed and these two I think I have a great structure for what my work outs will entail when I start on my ever there New Years resolution. This year, I promise myself that I will get in shape, lose weight and stay healthy for me, my kids and my husband. The Biggest Loser will be a very big part of that!
