The all star cast of Then She Found Me put on amazing performances in this movie. I have not been on a roller coaster of emotions in a long time watching a movie but this one has them all. I laughed, I was shocked, I cried. It is the best movie I have watched in a long while.
But that isn’t too shocking seeing as I have been a Helen Hunt fan since way back and who doesn’t like Bette Midler. In Helen’s directorial debut she hit the nail on the head in both directing and in her role as schoolteacher April Epner who is on a quest to find personal fulfillment. Bette Midler’s portrayal as April’s birth mother comes at a turning point in April’s life and only complicates things.
I don’t want to give away too much. You should definitly put this movie at the top of your “Must Watch” list. There are many lessons in this movie that just goes to show that life can change in a heartbeat.

I will have to see this! I love Helen Hunt and I have seen her much in a while! Plus Colin Firth is yummy eye candy too!
