True-Learning LLC, was founded with one goal: To bring the best early learning experience to your child. Everyone involved with True-Learning is passionate about young children and their development. This is our work. This is our passion.

We also know that we are not alone in this great mission. We know that, if you are reading this, you are passionate about early learning. Please share with us your views, thoughts, and ideas. We look forward to constantly improving True-Learning.

A few months back I reviewed an amazing iPhone app from True Learning that my daughter still uses to this day. You can see that review here, and then let me share with you their two new apps that are on par with being the best children apps out there.

Numbers 1

Numbers is a captivating set of animated flash cards designed to introduce toddlers and preschoolers to the mathematical concepts of numbers, counting and sequencing. Young kids will learn to recognize, name and count the numbers 1 to 20.

Each flashcard contains adorable characters and creatures that come to life in beautifully illustrated scenes accompanied by custom music.

Numbers is simple, intuitive and easy to use. Large buttons and clickable areas make it perfect for the fine motor skills of your young child.

  • Tap the large number to hear the name of the number.
  • Tap the scene to play a fun animation as the corresponding number of objects appear timed to a custom music track.
  • Intuitively scroll to the next letter with a flick of the finger.

Expose your young child to pre-math in a fun and engaging way and build a solid foundation for future math skills.

Numbers 2

My toddler loves this numbers app. She repeats the number after it is said and then laughs when the animals disappear only to count out loud when each one reappears. I can tell she works hard at saying her numbers and I am so happy. The graphics are amazing and I really enjoy playing this with my daughter.

Alphabet Air

Alphabet Air is an entertaining and educational ABC game designed to introduce toddlers and preschoolers to the names and sounds of the letters of the American English alphabet. Young kids will learn to recognize the name and phonic sound of the ABC’s in this interactive find and match game.

  • Introduce and reinforce letter names (upper case and lower case)
  • Introduce and reinforce the phonetic sound of each letter (upper case and lower case)
  • Improve concentration, attention span and memory
  • Improve fine motor skills

Alphabet Air contains adorable characters that come to life in beautifully illustrated, kid-friendly scenes accompanied by custom music and professional voice talent.

Alphabet Air is simple, intuitive and easy to use. Large buttons and clickable areas make it perfect for the fine motor skills of your young child.

  • Match the letter by tapping the correct flying objects… space ships, helicopters, airplanes and more
  • Tapping the incorrect letters simply plays the phone sound of that letter
  • Tapping the correct letter repeats the name of the letter and the phonetic sound
  • Each round randomly selects from eight different scenes
  • After several rounds are completed, a puzzle piece is given as a reward
  • Complete the puzzle and start a new game!

Customizable options include:

  • Three difficulty levels so you can match game play to your child’s ability
  • Match lowercase, uppercase, or mixed case letters
  • Tapping the correct letter repeats the name of the letter and the phonetic sound
  • Enable or disable background music
  • Hide or show letter hint

Alphabet Air is based on the literacy modules of the award winning True Learning curriculum used by preschool teachers, daycare providers, and parents worldwide as a systematic introduction to letters, phonics, early reading, spelling and writing skills for young learners.

Alphabet Air is an early learning edutainment app that encourages development of cognitive thinking, language and motor skills. Expose your young child to pre reading in a fun and engaging way and build a solid foundation for future literacy skills.

My toddler is a little over two years old and I am so impressed with how much she has learned with this app. She is actually recognizing letters! She has had so many trial and errors while working with me on this and the other night when asked to find the lower case r she did! Brought tears to my eyes and I am so proud of her and happy she is learning everyday. Another brilliant app by True Learning. This has become a  company that I trust to help me eductae my daughter.

I want to share my love of this company and their apps with one lucky Dirty Shirt reader too. The wonderful people at True Learning have offered a giveaway of not only Numbers and Alphabet Air but they want to give Letters A to Z as well as their CD of preschool curriculum. How great is that?
