Features of the UGLee Pen:
- Weight – The UGLee Pen only weighs 11 grams. That is less than 1/2 ounce! Less mass, means less inertia, more comfort.
- Full Size Grip – Ultimate comfort! The overall shape as well as the detailed contours are perfectly engineered to follow the anatomy of the hand. You don’t have to grip this material, it grips you. Definitely a comfort pen.
- Ink – The UGLee Pen is mated with the smoothest ink system known, smoother than any roller ball, gel ink, or fountain ink pen.
Dr. Lee received his BS in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University and his MD from Stanford University School of Medicine. Dr. Lee has done his share of writing throughout his academic and professional life. All of the writing required by medical school and physician training took its toll. After trying just about every pen and failing to find a truly comfortable one, Dr. Lee was determined to create his own. Known to even fire his own clay pens, Dr. Lee has experimented with just about every combination of shape, texture, material, and ink mixtures in search of the optimum combination for the “Perfect Pen.”
My Thoughts
Even though I do most of my things on the computer I still like having a pen and pad of paper nearby to jot things down and I always have a hard time finding a pen that I love to use. After receiving the UGLee Pen and giving it a try over the last two weeks I have to say that it is by far the most comfortable pen I have ever used. I don’t feel like it is pressing into my finger and it is no where near as heavy as some of my other pens. One of the best inks I have used as well, it just flows from the pen to the paper, very smooth! The best ergonomic pen, I love using it and I recommend it to everyone, especially those that write a lot!

being as it comes in a 3 pack I would enjoy one and I would give my daughter who is diabetic one who does alot of writing and her finger tips are constantly poked with lancets to get her blood sugar count so this pen would put of comfort to her fingers holding it, and I would give the 3rd pen to my very elderly 85 yr old neighbor Lillian who still believes in sending only mail such as letters on stationary , notes, cards postcards etc as mail and is always writing to her family & friends far away and has arthritis in her hands so this pen would give ease to her as well. thanks

At our volunteer tax sites many of the volunteers and most of the clients are senior citizens. Many suffer from arthritis issues in their hands and they would probably love the ergonomic grip on this pen. I would have one for my clients to sign the returns with and share with another preparer who really has difficulty finding a comfortable pen to use.

Do I have to share? I’d like to keep the pens to myself!! I’d keep two in my desk and one in my purse. In all honesty I would probably end up sharing one with either the store clerk or the person behind me in line when I left it.
I’d keep one, and the other two I’d give to my daughters. Maybe they would be more into their homework with pens like these!

This sounds terrible but I wouldn’t share them. I have severe arthritis and would really like to try one of these pens. If I liked them I would buy a couple of dozen to make sure I always had one even when people steal them from my desk.
