“Use Up The Box” With Hungry Jack | Giveaway

After years of eating the same things over and over again I am always on the lookout for new things to make or ways to get creative with what I have in my pantry when I need a quick meal thrown together. I even came up with a quick meal using Hungry Jack Mashed Potatoes, and while my family enjoyed it, some may not. But I would like to share the recipe with you!

Creamy Chicken Mash (was eaten before I thought to take a picture )

Hungry Jack Mashed Potatoes, I make serving for 6
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 Chicken Breasts, shredded

Make potatoes following directions on box
In a separate pot heat can of Cream of Chicken Soup add shredded Chicken, mix well
Serve Creamy Chicken over the mashed potatoes with a side of bread.

(my children mixed it all together in a bowl and loved it that way too)

Now it isn’t a gourmet meal but it a very tasty one and so easy to throw together when you are strapped for time.
