The release of VTech’s new InnoTab 2S (SRP: $99.99), which features all of the same upgrades as the InnoTab 2 including a new rotatable camera and video recorder, has been highly awaited for in my home. This was at the top of my daughter’s wish list this holiday season. VTech has also launched a new educational program, VTech University, that kids can take part in by using their new InnoTab 2S and that, as a mom who thinks highly of education, makes me very happy.

    • InnoTab 2S contains all the product features of the InnoTab 2, plus a secure wireless connection to VTech’s Learning Lodge Navigator.
      • Once users have downloaded a new app from the Learning Lodge Navigator, they can seamlessly sync the program to their InnoTab 2S wirelessly – no cord is needed – when they are in a Wi-Fi hotspot location
The new InnoTab 2S multi-media tablet features a 5” touch screen that keeps kids ages 3-9 entertained and engaged while they learn.
    • InnoTab 2S also features a rotatable digital camera and video recorder that allows kids to capture memories of themselves or their friends.

My Thoughts

My daughter loves asking to borrow my iPad and more and more I find myself not wanting her to play on it. That is why when I sat down with her to make her holiday wish list I was excited to see that she wanted the VTech InnoTab 2S. When I asked her where she saw it she pointed out to me that she saw it in an ad. What she saw was the InnoTab 2 but she said she wanted her own tablet. So When I signed up for this campaign my fingers were crossed. She has not put it down since she got it. We set it up for her, added two free apps and paid for a SpongeBob game and she went off to spend time playing and learning on her InnoTab 2S. She has gone around taking pictures of everyone in the family and sharing what she is doing on the tablet with her sister. As a mom I love the Learning Center and the fact that I can see at a glance what my daughter is learning and which games she gravitates to. And she even set up a user account (asked her dad to help) for her cousin who loves the InnoTab 2S as well and has asked Santa for one too. She was excited when she got it and she is still excited that she has it and said that her Christmas wish came true :)

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for VTech and received a VTech InnoTab 2S to facilitate my review.

Good article. There’s a lot of great data here, though I did want to inform you about something – I am running XP with the up-to-date beta of Chrome, and the look and feel of your blog is kind of bizarre for me. It’s possible to understand the articles, however the navigation doesn’t function so great.

  2. Your daughter looks like she is very happy with the VTech Inno Tab2S. I like that it comes with expandable SD card up to 32GB.
