Having a house full all day every day can be stressful enough, but I add homeschooling my children and blogging to that mix and by the end of the day I am wiped out, but the funny thing is I have trouble sleeping, and I have tried a number of products ranging from pills to sound machines and just about everything in between to help me get to sleep and things work here and there but not for very long. I have it rubbed into the bottoms of my feet and there has been a sense of calm, which started out small but has grown over the week.
